If you are considering a consult with Jeanne, don’t hesitate any longer. I cannot sing her praises enough!! As a occupational therapist AND lactation consultant she has such a wide base of knowledge. Every session she gave us practice tips to work on my little ones strength and endurance to help with her feedings. The knowledge that Jeanne has given me in regards to infant development, sucking and feeding is irreplaceable! I will forever be grateful our path crossed with Jeanne’s when it did. -Amanda, mom of Emery
Jeanne was truly an answer to our prayers for our little boy. He was diagnosed with a tongue tie shortly after birth that immediately had a negative impact on our breastfeeding. Having nursed his older brother for 15 months, I was devastated at the thought of not being able to do the same with him. After 2 tongue tie revisions and therapy with Jeanne, I am elated to say that our sweet boy is completely healed and nursing like a champ! Thank you, Jeanne, for your patience and diligence when we needed it most. Being able to nurse my son is one of the most rewarding aspects of motherhood for me. Thank you for helping to make it happen! -Margo, mom of Thomas
Jeanne is wonderful. She got us in quickly and created an individualized plan for my son. She addressed all of our concerns and got us the resources we needed to improve our feeding difficulties. She was always easy to get in touch with. All of our feeding issues have been resolved because of Jeanne and we could not be more pleased. We would recommend her to anyone struggling to feed their child! -Elizabeth, mom of Rowan
Jeanne is absolutely wonderful and I couldn’t recommend her more. I felt very lost and confused about breastfeeding and she addressed all of my concerns without making me feel overwhelmed. I thought for sure that I wouldn’t be able to continue breastfeeding my daughter after the first couple of weeks due to pain, latch issues, and my own inexperience, but we’re nearing two months of a happy and healthy baby! Jeanne is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and clearly passionate about helping her clients, which is so helpful at such a crucial time in mom and baby’s life!
-Claire, mom of baby Anne Marie
Jeanne was highly recommended to me by both my pediatrician and the pediatric dentist. I’m so thankful that we are using her to help our baby and family. She is so kind and truly cares about our goals for breastfeeding. Thank you! -Lauren, mom of Harper
Flourish helped our family go from surviving feedings to thriving with feedings! If you are struggling to breast/bottle feed your baby book an appointment ASAP. Jean is sweet, understanding, and very knowledgeable to help you work through the struggles. With help and Flourish your child can enjoy feeding time too! -Blair, mom of Lou
After a frustrating and painful experience with breastfeeding, my little one was diagnosed with a lip and tongue tie at six weeks. She clicked a lot while sucking and drew in lots of air, which caused extreme gas and discomfort. After her revision, we were referred to Jeanne by Dr.Gouri. I was ready to give up on nursing and become an exclusive pumper, but Jeanne assured me that with a bit of work, my daughter would be able to nurse. After a few appointments, my daughter finally learned how to suck and is exclusively nursing! Jeanne is extremely professional yet kind and gentle; she also listens and reassures. My experience with Jeanne was nothing short of amazing. I thoroughly recommend her services. I’m genuinely thankful for helping us on this journey.
-Tiffany, mom of Marie

ABOUT THE THERAPIST
Jeanne Pichoff, LOTR, IBCLC
Jeanne has been a pediatric therapist for 17 years. She fell in love with working in early intervention as a new graduate, and has worked in various settings including the NICU, hospital, and outpatient clinics. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Dexter, and has two boys, Blaise and Ilan. Ilan’s birth changed her life and career, as he was born with tongue and lip ties and she experienced major breastfeeding difficulties. Jeanne recognized a gap in her training as an occupational therapist serving families with feeding difficulties, in that she had never been taught anything about breastfeeding in OT school. Fueled by her own experience with breastfeeding struggles and with the understanding that she needed to learn more about lactation to better serve families having feeding difficulties, Jeanne obtained various lactation credentials over a period of years. She became an IBCLC (international board certified lactation consultant) after many years of study and clinical experience, to compliment her skill base with infant feeding and allow her to offer comprehensive care to breastfeeding families. Jeanne also provides continuing education to other therapists interested in lactation via the Lactation OT platform, teaching two courses that are taken online by therapist across the country, entitled “Tongue Ties, Breastfeeding, and the Lactation Savvy Therapist” and “Failure to Thrive, Suboptimal Weight Gain, and the Lactation Savvy Therapist.”
